TYPE OF BID Contract Type: Design-Build with Breitbach Constrctuion Co. as the selected General Contractor. Successful bidders will enter into an AIA A401-2017 Subcontract Agreement with Breitbach Construction Co. TYPE OF PROJECT: The owner will decide between the two base bid projects after receiving the cost information. The Project Base Bid “MB” Metal Building consists of the construction of 23,357 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel building with metal siding placed adjacent to a 8,002 sq. ft fiber cement sided office constructed with steel studs, deck and metal joists. Land preparation and site work is in the scope of work. or The Project Base Bid “PC” Precast Concrete consists of the construction of 31,359 sq. ft. precast concrete building including precast, prestressed conrete roof and wall system and some interior partitions.
