Summer is heating up in London. Cool down with a cocktail at one of these new outdoor terraces, created in collaboration with some of the best booze brands.

For a taste of la dolce vita, head to Mayfair’s Biltmore hotel, home of the newly madeover Café Biltmore Restaurant & Terrace, by star chef Jason Atherton in collaboration with the bergamot-infused aperitivo Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto. Enjoy the live DJ, plus Italicus cocktails, like the refreshing Il Citrus, made with Italicus, tequila, banana-infused agave, lime and black walnut bitters.

With a retractable awning roof and charming English garden vibes, Bloomsbury Hotel’s Dalloway Terrace is legendary in London. This often-Instagramed, street-level terrace is considered one of London’s most photogenic restaurants. To mark Dalloway Terrace’s new collab with Belvedere Vodka’s bright and summery organic fruit and botanical infusions range, the Great Russell Street hideaway is home to a new floral installation and exclusive new cocktail list. Cool off with a Floradora Highball, crafted with Belvedere Organic Infusions Blackberry & Lemongrass, plus Italicus, and grapefruit and rosemary tonic.

A match made in heaven, French macaron favorite Ladurée Covent Garden has a special collaboration with Provençal private vineyard Château d’Estoublon, makers of Roseblood rosé. Not to be missed? The divine and very on-trend frozé and the exquisite Roseblood-flavored macarons.

The Londoner Hotel’s flagship restaurant Whitcomb’s has an elegant new summer terrace created with elderflower liqueur St-Germain. The fresh and flowery St-Germain Spritz is a must.

The iconic Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane always puts on a good show for summer, so expect to be impressed with the new Dom Pérignon summer menu, with three vintages offered by the glass, including a very special 2006 rosé champagne.

If you can’t make it to St Tropez this summer, order a chilled glass of Château Minuty rosé (our favorite is the Rose et Or, made with 95-percent Grenache) at Belgravia’s semi-secret garden terrace at the luxurious and discreet Hari hotel. It’s the next best thing to a jaunt to the riviera.

The much-lauded Hush Mayfair has launched a retro-Italian-inspired New Dolce Vita Courtyard this summer together with almond-flavored liqueur Disaronno. Swap out your Aperol Spritz for a Disaronno Fizz, made with Disaronno Originale, lemon and soda water.

Southbank’s Sea Containers London has joined forces with famed Champagne maison Laurent-Perrier for their new summer terrace, inspired by the new Surrealism Beyond Borders show at the nearby Tate Modern museum. Try the Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée cocktail, The Son of Man, named after the famous René Magritte painting.

Bluebird Chelsea is putting a French twist on the English garden with their new Maison Mirabeau pop up. There are four new rosé gin cocktails to test, including Summer Loving, which is made with fresh fruit and mint, and tastes like summertime in a glass.

Chicken and burger spot, Coqbull in Spitalfields Market is offering a very fun and floral Summer Sessions terrace in partnership with Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Distilled Gin, a bright and bittersweet infusion perfect for G&Ts with a Mediterranean flair.

London Marriott Hotel Regents Park and prosecco brand Mionetto come together for the ultimate al fresco aperitivo hour. You can’t go wrong with a classic Aperol Spritz, or go crazy with a Negroni Sbagliato, which swaps out the gin for prosecco.

Dim sum hotspot Yauatcha is has partnered up with the perennially popular Whispering Angel rosé for their pink and flirty summer terrace in Soho. Go for a glass, bottle, or magnum (no judgement) of Whispering Angel, or opt for another of Château d’Esclans’ delightful rosés like Rock Angel or Garrus.
